Position description
The Rady School invites applications for one or more faculty positions at the Assistant Professor level (tenure-track) in the field of economics, subject to the availability of funds.
This position represents an Excellence Search for Diverse Faculty in Management initiative which seeks to build a more diverse faculty and aims to foster a diverse and inclusive community of scholars to enhance our academic and research missions. Salary and appointment level are dependent on experience and based on University of California pay scales. The positions are expected to have a start date of July 1, 2022.

Qualifications
Candidates must have a PhD or be working toward completion of a PhD by the start date of the new academic year (July 2022). Preference will be given to applicants whose research focuses on applied behavioral economics with an emphasis on field experiments, data analysis and business school relevant research.
Additional preferred qualifications include applicants with emerging scholarly records, demonstrated teaching experience with graduate students and executives, and experience mentoring doctoral students. The school seeks candidates whose research, teaching, and/or service has prepared them to contribute to our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in higher education.
