We are looking to hire an outstanding early-career fellow to support a project on the economics of digital platforms led by a group of economics faculty at multiple universities.
The position will require working with advising faculty to write a JEL-style article that a) surveys the existing economics literature on digital platforms, b) identifies important open research questions, c) considers the potential implications of recent work for theoretical and regulatory frameworks. It is expected that the fellow will also have ample opportunities to pursue his/her own research projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied microeconomics, including familiarity with recent economics research on digital platforms, and hold a PhD in economics or adjacent field by summer 2022.
This is a one-year 12-month position with an annual stipend of $120,000. Location is flexible.
