The Department of Finance and Economics, Hanken School of Economics invites applications for a position of post-doctoral researcher. Candidates in all fields of Economics are considered, but preference is given to candidates who specialize in banking and financial intermediation. We also welcome applications from candidates with demonstrated research expertise in behavioral and experimental economics, industrial economics (especially in competition economics), and more generally in applied microeconomics. The duration of the contract is until the end of 2024, starting date negotiable & any time during 2022 according to candidate’s preference.

The department is a highly committed research department with full scale graduate and undergraduate programs in collaboration with economics departments of Aalto University and University of Helsinki at the Helsinki Graduate School of Economics (Helsinki GSE).

Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed over Zoom or Teams.
