Job Summary:
This is a Postdoctoral Fellowship in behavioral economics at the University of Michigan School of Information working under the supervision of Dr. Erin Krupka. The fellowship research focuses on social norms as they apply to social identity and behavior in groups. The aim of the work is to advance explanations of the dynamics of norm adherence in groups; how norms spread from one group to another; and the impact of norms on community processes such as the integration of diverse sub-groups or enforcement or rules or polarization and animosity toward each other.
Qualifications:
A preferred candidate should have a Ph.D. degree in economics, decision sciences or related discipline. Applicants must have completed their PhD or demonstrate that they will do so by August 30th, 2023.
