The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire economics department invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position starting August 19, 2025. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate teaching excellence at the undergraduate level and promote inclusiveness and diversity in the classroom, the department, and the university community. Preference will be given to candidates who could teach economic development, the economics of minorities, sports economics, or international economics. We seek candidates committed to teaching excellence who will maintain an active research program involving undergraduate students.

A Ph.D. in economics is required. ABD applicants will be considered with evidence that the degree requirements will be completed by August 19th, 2025.
