Trinity College seeks to hire the K.W. Davis Endowed Professor of Economic Organizations and Innovation beginning January 2026 or possibly later. We seek scholars who are committed to excellence in undergraduate teaching and research. The position is funded by the Shelby Cullom Davis Endowment for American Business and Economic Enterprise at Trinity College, which was created to foster understanding of, and promote the activity of entrepreneurship and the operation of a market economy.

This is a non-tenured named-professorship with an initial three-year contract with eligibility for five-year contracts afterwards. This type of position and renewal process will be specified upon appointment Promotion is possible.

Ph.D. or equivalent. in Economics, Sociology, History, or related field, or J.D.
