The Department of Economics at DePaul University invites applications for one non-renewable, six-month, non-tenure track faculty position beginning January 2026. This full-time six-month appointment will be from January - June 2026.

We seek candidates with a strong commitment to teaching undergraduate courses, particularly in introductory macroeconomics and business analytics.

Responsibilities include teaching three in-person 10-week classes in both the winter and spring quarters, holding regular office hours, and participating in general department activities.

A PhD in economics is preferred, but candidates with master's degrees will be considered, demonstrated excellence in teaching will be given priority and industry experience is a plus.
