The School of Economics at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics invites applications for tenure-track positions in Microeconomics (including Behavioral and Experimental Economics), Macroeconomics, Econometrics, Resource and Environmental Economics, Labor Economics, Marxist Political Economy, Economic History and History of Economic Thoughts at all levels (assistant, associate or full professor). We are especially inviting applications from eminent professors worldwide for our tenured full professor positions. Compensation package includes competitive salary, research funds, housing allowances, plus standard fringe benefits.
 
For distinguished senior professors, we offer highly competitive compensation above market level. Appointees are expected to engage in active research and must possess Ph.D. by July 2026. Candidates with great potential or well-established credentials will be considered.
