Associate Professor or DTU Tenure Track Assistant Professor in Human Mobility

We are pleased to announce an opportunity for a distinguished scholar to join the Technical University of Denmark (DTU) as an Associate Professor or Assistant Professor (tenure-track) within the Transportation Science Division at DTU Management.

The position offers a unique platform to conduct pioneering research in Human Mobility while joining DTU’s broader ecosystem of technological knowledge and innovation with the transportation sector.

The overreaching focus of the position is the importance of understanding human mobility and behaviour when planning and operating transportation systems and formulating policies and regulations. Human behaviour is embedded in our research on transport systems and mobility prediction models. Our research creates a foundation for policy support related to a variety of challenges in the sector such as the green transition, mobility for all user groups, congestion and challenged land use particularly in large cities; equity, safety, and risk; and derived negative externalities of transport.
