The Department of Economics invites applications for open rank positions in international trade, international macroeconomics, financial economics, and energy economics. We particularly welcome scholars researching AI and the macroeconomy, fintech, trade policy, international monetary problems, and electricity markets, using theoretical and/or empirical approaches. All qualified underrepresented groups are encouraged to apply.
Successful candidates will teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses, supervise research students, seek external research funding, and engage with academic and non-academic partners across a 40-hour week. Flexibility in teaching and research collaboration within and beyond the Department is essential.
