The Division of Health Policy and Management in the University of Minnesota School of Public Health invites applicants for a faculty position at the rank of Associate Professor (with tenure) or Full Professor (with tenure). This individual will serve as the director for the Master of Healthcare Administration program, ranked #3 nationally by U.S. News and World Report, as well as contributing to the research, teaching, and community engagement missions of the division.

Applicants should have a PhD or other doctoral-level degree in one of the following disciplines: health services research, healthcare administration, public policy and management, economics, sociology, law, medicine, public health, or business. We are particularly interested in recruiting a senior faculty member with expertise in healthcare organizations and management, healthcare finance, and/or healthcare strategy. Required qualifications include demonstrated scholarship in the form of peer-reviewed publications, a record of effective and innovative teaching and student advising, and success in competing for sponsored funding from government and/or private foundation sources. The position would begin in July or August 2026.
