The applicant has obtained a doctoral degree, has an excellent basis of scientific research, has achieved certain academic achievements, has good development potential, and innovative thinking.

Assistant Professor:
The applicant has obtained a doctoral degree or is about to pass the doctoral dissertation defense.
The applicant has a good paper publication record, excellent scientific research ability, and rich practical experience.
