This is a tenure track position with responsibilities in research (40%) and teaching (60%). Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining a successful research agenda that produces publications in high-quality peer-reviewed journals; being an effective teacher at the graduate and undergraduate levels; being able to teach MS level courses in agribusiness; supervising PhD students; and providing service to the profession, department, college, and university. The individual holding the position is expected to teach three courses annually, at either the graduate or undergraduate level, depending on departmental needs. This position will occupy a key role in the newly established Masters of Agribusiness Management program and an expanding undergraduate program in Agricultural Business Management.

A PhD degree in Agricultural Economics, Economics, or a closely related discipline is required. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required. Prior teaching experience is a plus.
