The Department of Agricultural & Resource Economics at North Carolina State University is seeking a dedicated educator for a full-time teaching position at the rank of Lecturer to teach undergraduate courses and to support the Agribusiness Entrepreneurship Minor. Specific responsibilities include teaching undergraduate courses in agricultural sales, entrepreneurship, or agribusiness marketing/finance/management; providing academic advising to students in the Agricultural Entrepreneurship Minor and the Agricultural Business Management major; collaborating with faculty and students on applied projects; and contributing to departmental teaching and service activities as assigned. Opportunities for summer employment and grant collaborations are possible. The lecturer will be a member of the leadership team responsible for the management of the Agricultural Entrepreneurship Program.

Requirements are a Master’s or PhD in Agricultural Economics, Agribusiness, Business, Marketing, or a closely related field. Prior teaching experience and prior agribusiness experience is preferred.
