Centre College invites applications for a one-year Visiting Assistant Professor of Economics and Business, with a specialization in Macroeconomics, beginning in August 2026. We seek a teacher-scholar with a strong commitment to student-centered, inclusive teaching. The successful candidate must have a Ph.D. in economics or a scheduled defense date by the start of their appointment.

Teaching expectations will include core introductory and intermediate level courses with opportunities to teach upper-level courses in the economist’s areas of interest. The teaching load is six courses per academic year.
