The School of Economics at the Georgia Institute of Technology is seeking a postdoctoral scholar with a PhD in Economics, or related discipline. The scholar will work with Dr. Shatakshee Dhongde on projects related to poverty and inequality, education and health disparities, race, and social justice, etc. Examples of research projects by Dr. Dhongde can be found at https://dhongde.econ.gatech.edu/.

The scholar will serve an initial 12-month appointment, by Fall 2023, with the possibility of a 12-month extension based on performance and available funding. The scholar will collaborate and complete two research papers in a year. The scholar will be offered an option of teaching one course in a year at the undergraduate and/or master's level depending on the scholar’s prior teaching experience.
