Housing Information
After registering for the conference, you will receive a link to the Rio Las Vegas Hotel & Casino to book your room at the conference rate. The conference room rate is $144 per night plus tax and fees. The deadline to make your hotel reservation is April 28, 2026. All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card . Credit cards must be valid through June 2026. Make, modify, or cancel your hotel reservation online until April 28,2026. The Rio Las Vegas Hotel & Casino cannot guarantee the conference rate after April 28. Check in is at 3:00 p.m. and check out is at 11:00 a.m. To contact the hotel directly for any changes, call 866-746-7671.
Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to your arrival, or you will be charged one night’s room rate plus tax and fees. If you are a no-show, you will be charged one night’s room rate plus tax and fees.
An Early Departure Fee, equivalent to one night’s room rate plus applicable taxes and fees, will apply should you check out prior to your scheduled departure date.

Optional Group Outing - Penn & Teller Magic Show

The AEA has secured a block of 30 tickets on the mezzanine level of the Penn & Teller Theater. 2026 CTREE registrants interested in joining our group outing to see Penn & Teller can reserve tickets by completing this FORM no later than close of business Friday, April 17, 2026.
The group rate with 40% discount is $77.72 per ticket (includes all taxes and fees). Tickets are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Once all tickets are reserved, remaining requests will be placed on a waiting list.
Starting the week of April 20, those who have reserved tickets will receive further instructions on how to contact the Rio Hotel box office to complete their ticket purchase.
NOTE: You must be registered and attending the CTREE conference to participate in this optional group outing.
